OWNER - Michael Pfeifer
As a proud graduate of Michigan State University, Pfeifer came to Chicago in 1992 and stepped directly into the role of Art Director at a downtown advertising agency. After 2 years of baptism by design fire in the fast-paced world of advertising, Pfeifer moved to a design agency and filled in his credentials in the realm of campaign design and project management. Pfang Multimedia was co-founded by Pfeifer and partner Missy Angus in 1996, and enjoyed success at the cusp of web design. In 1998, Pfang created and launched lowcarbfriends.com, the first low carb diet support network in a very hungry market. Within three years, the site expanded to the internet's largest online marketplace for lowcarb products and support, with over 400 products and 6 million unique views per month. Lowcarbfriends.com was sold in 2002, and Pfeifer returned to his roots in art direction. Since then, Pfang has maintained long-term relationships with multiple clients. From brand concepting to creating, developing and implementing multi-platform marketing campaigns, Pfang retains it's family style accessibility and strive for success while creating world-class work.
